Terms of Service

1. The service

FixMySVG analyzes SVG files, explains compatibility problems with cutting software such as Cricut Design Space, and can apply automated repairs ("Safe Fix"). Reports are informational. We work hard to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that any file will upload, display or cut correctly in any third-party software.

2. Accounts

You can use the free analyzer without an account. For paid plans, saved projects and batch processing you need an account. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your country).

3. Plans, payments and cancellation

• Demo Billing Mode: while the site shows this notice, payments are simulated and no money is charged. Plan changes in demo mode have no financial effect.
• When real payments are enabled, subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or yearly, as you choose — through our payment provider and renew automatically for the same term until canceled.
• Switching to a higher plan, or from monthly to yearly billing, takes effect immediately. Switching to a lower plan, or from yearly to monthly billing, takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period and is not partially refunded unless required by law.
• Safe Fix allowances reset every month — also on yearly plans — (or daily on the Free plan) and do not roll over. Single Fix credits do not expire and are consumed when used.
• Unlimited Safe Fixes (Pro) means there is no monthly cap. To protect the service from automated abuse, a fair-use ceiling of 1,000 Safe Fixes per account per day applies; it resets at 00:00 UTC.
• Features marked "Coming soon" are not part of any plan until they are released.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Acceptable use

• Only process files you own or have the right to use and modify.
• Do not attempt to attack, overload or disrupt the service, or to circumvent plan limits.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

5. Your files

You keep all rights to your files. Files are processed in your browser; if you save a project, you grant us permission to store it solely to provide it back to you. Always keep a copy of your original file. FixMySVG offers "Download Original" for this reason.

6. No affiliation

FixMySVG is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Cricut, Inc. or any other software vendor mentioned on the site. Product names are used only to describe compatibility.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Check repaired files before cutting valuable materials.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost materials, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of business, to be specified by the operator before real payments are enabled. Mandatory consumer protections of your country remain unaffected.
